FCPS is offering athletics for middle school students—for the first time—in September 2023! 

Who Can Participate?

Any current CSMS student, enrolled in at least five courses, who is in good standing at their school, and is eligible to participate in the middle school after school program.

What Is Required to Participate?

Students and parents will need to complete several steps prior to participating in middle school sports, including:

• FCPS Middle School Athletic Participant Registration Link (Submitted Digitally)- DUE before a student can participate and stay after school. 
• FCPS Middle School Sports Physical Form (Submitted by email ([email protected]) or to Sandburg
  Main Office)- DUE before a student can participate and stay after school.
• Emergency Care Form (Submitted Electronically or to Sandburg Main Office)- DUE 9/26
• Sandburg After School Program Registration Form (Submitted Digitally)- DUE 9/26
