What is required to participate?

• All Sandburg Panthers who wish to try out for the Sandburg Basketball Region team must complete and submit a completed FCPS Middle School Sports Physical Form. (Please note: This form is different from the Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health form.) If a student has submitted a Sport Physical form for participation in Cross Country and/or Track & Field at Sandburg for the 2024-2025 school year, they do not need to submit another for tryouts for basketball. 
• Complete the 2024-2025 Sandburg After School Program Registration Consent Form (Google Form)
