Today our 8th Grade Young Scholars embarked on an exciting journey to West Potomac Academy, where they delved into a world of endless possibilities. The trip was designed to introduce them to the diverse array of classes and opportunities available for their upcoming years and beyond.

During their visit, our scholars had the opportunity to sit in on a student panel, where they gained insights into life at the academy directly from current students. They also embarked on an immersive tour of the academy's facilities, exploring classrooms and learning spaces that sparked their curiosity and imagination.

The scholars returned to school brimming with excitement about the wealth of possibilities before them. Some of the classes they visited included Hip Hop, TV Production, Music Production, Criminal Justice, Nursing, EMT, Pharmacy Tech, Bio Tech, and more. Each of these experiences left them eager to embark on their own journeys of discovery and learning.

This trip was not just a visit; it was an opportunity for our scholars to envision their futures and the paths they can take to achieve their dreams. We are excited to see how this experience will shape their aspirations and goals as they continue their educational journey.
