Student Laptop Support 

It is important that students get their laptop repaired over the summer as soon as you notice an issue. Please use the Sandburg Tech Team's email address to report any issue you may have over the summer. Do NOT wait until school starts in August.

If you break your laptop over the summer, email @email.

Include the following information in your email:

  • Student's name and ID Number
  • Computer barcode number. (Barcode label is located under the screen or on the bottom of the computer.)
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Parent/Guardian's name and contact information
  • Preferred method of contact and time

Once the tech team receives your email, they will contact you to set up an appointment to meet with you. 

Broken and Missing Chargers

Do not throw broken chargers away. We can replace broken chargers at no charge. If a charger is lost or stolen then you can purchase a new one for $23.00.
